4.2 Withdrawal Methods and Timeframes

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit (where applicable).

Important: The wagering requirement on any active bonus must be fulfilled before a withdrawal can be made. Submitting a withdrawal request will cancel any active bonus.

4.3 Third-Party Payments

Depositing or withdrawing using another person's account or payment method is strictly prohibited. If such a transaction is detected, the account will be suspended immediately and the associated funds will be forfeited.

4.4 Fees and Charges

5l77 does not generally charge any fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (bKash, Nagad, bank, etc.) may apply their own transaction fees, which are entirely the user's responsibility.

New members at 5l77 will receive a 120% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. The first deposit must be ৳500 or more to qualify for this bonus. Bonus credit is managed separately from the cash balance.

5.2 Wagering Terms

A 25x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. This means the bonus amount must be wagered 25 times before it is converted to cash and becomes withdrawable. Not all games may contribute equally toward meeting the wagering requirement — see the bonus page for specific details.

5.3 Other Promotional Offers

5.4 General Bonus Policy Terms

  • Each user is eligible to receive the welcome bonus only once.
